AussieMowers Australia only delivers to most locations within Australia. We require a street address specified by you for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced.
All deliveries are made 8.30am to 5.00pm (local time) Monday to Friday by AussieMowers Australia chosen carriers. The delivery method will be organised by AussieMowers Australia. Delivery lead time is based on destination.
AussieMowers Australias will utilize a number of Transport Company’s dependent on the destination.
Deliveries metropolitan areas are sent via an appointed transport contractor. Estimated delivery time is 5 - 7 working days.
The delivery team will contact you within 2 working days of your order being received to confirm delivery arrangements.
We will call you within 2 working days of your items being dispatched to arrange a delivery date for the delivery of this item(s) to a street address specified by you.
Deliveries outside the metropolitan areas are sent via an appointed transport contractor.
Estimated delivery time is 5 - 15 working days depending on your location.
Our delivery team will not leave your order at the specified delivery address unless someone has accepted and signed for delivery. AussieMowers Australia online store will not accept responsibility for the security of a package left under special instructions.
Deliveries must be signed for upon request, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by AussieMowers Australia to be authorised to receive the products. For your protection and peace of mind, photo identification will be required on delivery.
Unfortunately AussieMowers Australia and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of an exact delivery time.
If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, AussieMowers Australia carrier will leave a card. You will need to contact the carrier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.
In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product that you purchased from AussieMowers Australia, you must have clear proof of purchase.
Proof of purchase includes but is not limited to:
- Original receipt
- AussieMowers Australia invoice (for online transactions)
- Bank Statement showing AussieMowers Australia merchant description
